World Bank said Tuesday India has enormous growth potential compared to other emerging economies, it projected India's growth rate to 7.3 percent in 2018 and 7.5 for next two years.

The refinery, slated to be India’s largest facility, is being planned by the country’s three state-run oil marketing companies Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Bharat Petroleum Corporation.
